Ladies Running/Walking Club

CLUB? Yes I know I couldn't think of another name for us. And I already have a blog started with Newberg in the title so there you have it.

Beginning on October 2nd I am starting a running/walking club. We will be meeting in 4 places every two weeks. Such as:

1st & 3rd Wednesdays Newberg- North Valley Friends Church
1st & 3rd Fridays Wilsonville- Pier 1
2nd & 4th Wednesdays Tualatin- Ibach Park
2nd & 4th Fridays Beaverton- Murray Hill
Meeting Time: 10:30am
We will meet right at 10:30am, circle for a minute, pray, and be on our way.

I would love for gals to pair up with someone and walk or run together. I think this could be a great time of fellowship for us ladies. You will be on your own at that point. I will have a map of the route at each of our meetings. You can also print off your own by clicking on the link to the right.

Show up whenever you can. Don't worry about how bad of shape your in, just show up and we'll have a great time.

This is not an exclusive club, but for any girl who is interested in being healthy, encouraging others in the Lord, and having FUN while getting out in the fresh air.
